"We stayed for three days. It was great but upon check in, the front desk people were not friendly. During our stay the hotel key card stopped working for both keys and we had to get it rekeyed. The vibe is definitely different as most of the workers seem to not enjoy their job. The only people we encounter that had a positive attitude was the bellman and the cleaning people."

"Pool was awesome. Room with bunk beds were great with 3 kids."

"My only complains are that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly because it was pointed toward the side of the wardrobe so it was getting an inaccurate reading and second, one of the beds was so hard and and bending at the sides so it was incredibly uncomfortable. Other than that it was great!! The breakfast was phenomenal "

"The rooms were just too cold. My inlaws had to move hotels because it was so cold and the showers were too difficult for my father in law to navigate. The hotel has such potential and though we were in a newly 'renovated' room, it had a 1990s feel still. Just seems a bit shabby for such a historic and beautiful ship. The step overs in the rooms should maybe be marked or evened out as they are a hazard. Nothing seems really clean. Walls have marks and chips from either the top down to the bottom, frayed carpet, inside closets are dirty and old. Just wasn't worth the price and we got them a different hotel after two nights. I've stayed here before and found it a bit worn down. For the parking, no food included this was a bit dear."

"The beds are terrible. They are rock hard and it was hard to sleep. On a brighter note it was very clean and a very convenient location. The AC was also very noisy."

"The motel is clean and close to the park but there are many cons! The rooms have no sound barrier, you can hear everything next door and outside. They don’t give you an actual comforter, it feels like you’re sleeping with 2 thin sheets. Our TV was very outdated and the remove didn’t work! The bathroom door slides and is so hard to open and close. The pool is large but not heated! When visiting the park, most people swim in the evening and it’s freezing! There is one, small hot tub. Also, housekeeping took one of my shirts laying in the bathroom and I had three conversations with management who could not find it. Very frustrating!!!!"

"We always come back to this hotel. Location is within walking distance of Disneyland and rooms and bathrooms are always clean. Staff is always helpful!"

"It is in a good location to the Angels stadium, and Disney is just minutes away. Not as much traffic around during the week. There is no complimentary breakfast, The Peel restaurant is over priced. Overall, it is a nice hotel. Just nothing special."
