"Be wary... Some of the rooms are MUCH nicer than others. They are all classed as the same, but some are more private and spacious. I was sat on the loo when someone walked past outside. They could see straight into the bathroom from a pathway that I didn't know existed out the front!"

"A lovely property, in a beautiful area. Nestled in bush land. Really close to beach and perfect for dogs. Also close to Central coast amenities. Cheese factory (wyong) and Chocolate factory (west gosford)The garden is the winner, soft outside lighting with BBQ and firepit.Our host was easily contactable and quick to help.Definitely would recommend"

"Thanks for a great stay, we loved the retro décor, the property was really well appointed with everything you need and was well located to the beach and local walks. The only thing was we did not read the fine print re bring your own linen so we turned up to no sheets and towels, which sent us scurrying around local op shops. Our fault, but disappointing nevertheless. Otherwise thanks for an excellent and enjoyable stay. "

"The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is close to being brand new and is very comfy. The bed and sofa, two things we think are hugely important, were extremely comfortable, and the aircon was very welcome. The front and back gardens were very impressive, nicely manicured and completely dog-secure. all in all a very nice place to stay. "
