It is well furnished and has everything you need for a beach vacation. We loved our stay and will be returning."

"This property is so conveniently located and was extremely clean, well-maintained, and felt like home. We never really used the kitchen, but it had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Having an oversized parking space below the apartment was very convenient. Oscar went out of his way to check in several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning."

"What can I say other than it was fabulous! Dave was very prompt with all communication as well as the property manager. The pool was amazing and a great way to relax after being out on the water or at the beach. Be sure to check out the tide pools to the far right of the beach. Fun to see all the little sea creatures. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfy and the balcony offered a beautiful sunset."

"My wife and I were very impressed with the property. The unit was just recently updated and could not have been nicer. The kitchen had just about everything and much more than we expected. 3 different coffee makers and coffee for them. We really enjoyed the Espresso Machine. Having 2 bathrooms was great and they were stocked with an abundance of nice towels. 2 folding beach chairs and the large beach blanket came in very handy. We were able to enjoy our breakfast on the patio and our evenings...

"The Grand Penthouse was perfect for our 10 days in Hermosa. We walked out every morning and caught a glimpse of monkeys on several days. The grounds are safe and kept beautifully. With two pool options, it was always a pleasure to use them. The unit is spacious and has everything you could need. The ice maker was never empty, which we loved. Melissa was at the ready with any assistance we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and booked the stay relatively last minute (about 6 weeks out). The location of the unit is on the first floor of one of the buildings that is close to the pool bar and at the end of the building, so it is quieter than being right in front of the pool. It was great being able to walk out from the patio to the pool area and not have to go up and down the stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a blender, a juicer, and anything you need to cook...
