Amazing!
We loved this home so much. The views were beautiful and it was a quick walk to the beach. There is a steep hill to get to the beach but for our group it wasn’t a problem. The pool area was also wonderful with gorgeous views. The house had all the things we needed and it was super clean and comfy. We also loved the little town of playa hermosa. The beach is very calm which was perfect for our children. Pura Vida!

"THE MOST AMAZING VIEW"
The home is very nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The view is amazing all times of the day. The grounds, gardens, pool area are very well kepted. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Milena. Our host was resourceful and even brought us a flashlight and checked on us for the approach of a tropical storm. However, like most guest have previously mentioned the hill is very steep so the walk up will be strenuous for most. You need a car or arrangements with a driver for daily outings. The beach is a short walk away with lots of adventures. You can schedule excursions with the concierge at the office. I wish they would have sent over most information provided when we arrived before our arrival date because our stay was short, but this will help future guests who are not familiar with the Playa Hermosa area or Costa Rica. The locals are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this home if you like remote but not far from the activities and adventures. PURA VIDA

Nice place better view
The condo is really nice. There were two issues but they did not affect our stay. The glass top stove is cracked and the spout in a shower is missing but neither prohibited the use. The view is even better than the photos but you don’t get to see the actual sun set. The AC worked great but the home is on a large steep hill. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and it’s downhill their but the 40 degree incline is a killer on the way back up. You should really have a car if you are staying there. Transportation is expensive and everywhere is a drive. The pool is nice but not heated. The directions for check in and how to get to the offsite management office are horrible.

Awesome vacation!
We stayed at this beautiful condo from Jan. 3rd-Jan. 12th 2018 and we had such an amazing time. The pictures cannot really show how magnificent the view is from the outdoor patio. I woke up early every day just so I could sit and enjoy coffee overlooking the water. At night, you could hear the waves crashing and it was amazing. The unit was very well appointed with everything we needed. We had an extra person and Zindis did a great job of providing a great air mattress and bedding. This home made our stay very comfortable. We used the outdoor BBQ many times and even grilled our fish that we caught which was awesome.The beach was great, several great places to stop on the beach for Happy Hour and having a little store (Luperon) 5 min away was great for things we ran out of. The beach was never crowded and was great to take walks on and was great for swimming due to the very calm waters. Other beaches we visited had rougher waters, a bit of an undertow and quicker drop offs so this beach is perfect especially if you have a family with small kids or older folks. Thank you Robert for extending your beautiful home to us and we cannot recommend it enough for those who want to stay in Playa Hermosa.

Family Christmas Vacation
Had a wonderful time in Costa Rica. Our family is from Canada and had never been anywhere warm for Christmas. Family had a vote on where to go warm and Costa Rica won. We then set out to look for a place where we could stay as a family of six and decided on Mariner's Point. From a couple of weeks before we arrived we used the concierge and property manager to get ideas on places to see and go. Once we arrived both were very helpful in getting us settled and enjoying our vacation. The Mariner's Point Condo was beautiful with amazing Pacific Ocean views. We had everything we needed and even when the propane ran out on the grill the manager was prompt in bringing us more. The location was great on 25 minutes from Liberia airport. Playa Hermosa Beach was a five minute walk down the hill. Coco beach was a 15 minute car ride away with groceries, restaurants, and bars. Our family spent the whole 10 days enjoying ourselves. White water rafting, Sunset pontoon boat cruises, snorkeling, many beaches and restaurants visited. Our family was very happy with the condo and are already talking about next year's return to Costa Rica. Pura Vida

Wonderful place to call 'home' during our holiday!
What a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Costa Rica! We found this a great location. The beach is a quick 7min walk (longer to get back up what we joked was 'hell hill', but that just added to the fun, and heck, we had to combat at least some of our extra calories!). The beach is long and clean, dotted with various restaurants. Hermosa is a small quiet location with a few restaurants and a small groc store, but With Coco Beach and shops a 5min drive, all amenities are close by, and it's nice to be away from the chaos. The condo is fabulous. We lived on the spacious, well equipped deck, enjoying the view from the highest (public) point in Hermosa. The wifi was reliable, kitchen has everything you need including a blender (necessity), and auto ice maker (another necessity). Make sure to say hi to Spunky the spotted skunk who did his nightly dusk visit (cute little guy!! We found ourselves waiting for him to sneak by each night!). We really liked the small grass area of this particular condo, and access to the pool was quick. Security staff is friendly-make sure to stop for your Spanish lesson! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Beautiful house in a breath taken view!
The week spent at the Mariner's Point was the highly of our month trip to Costa Rica. The view is second to none and the best part is that we were walking distance from the beach. The location is perfect and the house is beautiful. You will have all you need and more there. The kitchen was everything you need and the furnishings are high quality and well decorated. The owners are very friendly and easy to communicate. The manager is quick to answer to any need you have. Thank you to Robert and Susan for allowing us to share your beautiful home.
