"Overall a great stay. Things recommended to fix is the shower as it sprayed water when showering and there was mold/water in the utility closet. There was black mold on the chairs in the closet."

"We only booked one night for my family for a weekend getaway from Tamarindo, but wish we'd stayed longer! The house was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It's tucked back a bit from the lovely pool which is nice, it felt very private, and the property is very close to some terrific places to eat (and the beach, of course!). We also appreciated the access to a shared washer and dryer in good condition on-site. We hope to come back soon."

Ilya also provided several recommendations for restaurants, groceries, and activities that made our stay very memorable. This has been my best experience with a VRBO rental by far thanks to him. 10/10 would work again with Ilya and hope to be back sooner than later! "
