"Staying in the heart of Venice, off the main tourist area, was perfect. Mario and Esmeralda were wonderful hosts, helpful in every way. The house is in a traditional Venice neighborhood. Our room had all new plumbing and was comfortable and charming. All of Venice is within walking distance. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. We would definitely stay here again. Note: there is no elevator if stairs will be an issue. It wasn’t an issue for us. "

"The hotel was located by the Spanish Steps but the most important was this hotel had transfers from the airport plus transfer service to the cruise ports. That was most important. Rooms were spotless, bathrooms were upgraded. Excellent in all areas"
