"Location in the center of Newcastle, close to restaurants and facilities. Parking was very good and safe, but was an additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful, gym was good. Room size was large and thet kitchen and dining area were very good. Bedroom was large and bed comfortable, a mirror in the bedroom would have been good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."
