"Riccardo is a fantastic host. His baroque apartment has tons of character. Loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast and drinks. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location with lovely restaurants, cafes & small shops on the doorstep. Riccardo met us on arrival and even organised our departure airport taxi. Definitely recommend "

"Apartment is dated. One bathroom smelled horrible the entire stay. Got there and air conditioner wasn’t working. Manager showed up right away but was grumpy. Told me I had to pay an additional city tax and cleaning fee. I guessed I was getting scammed but had no other option but to pay. Air conditioning worked about 75% of time. Would not recommend."

The host sent last corro advising they would meet us at 5pm we waited from 4.15pm until 7pm We phoned several times with zero response, even an Italian policeman who offered assistance rang the host also to no avail. "Just returning from an amazing stay in Rome - would thoroughly recommend this hotel - easy self check-in apt in great location for eating and shopping - walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain (literally round the corner) hotel feels really safe and secure - easy access and bar in main building on rooftop cute for a drink - room cleaned daily and shower hot - staff amazing (thank you to Victor who seemed to always be there when needed) answering requests on WhatsApp quickly and extremely helpful / they will Organise transport to and from airport and take care of your baggage Clean rooms bed comfortable and great location- 5 star from me "
