The dreamer house design

Elegant apartment located in the heart of the Prati district, a few steps from the Vatican and the Lepanto and Ottaviano subways from where you can reach all the main places in Rome. The apartment can accommodate up to 12 guests and consists of 5 double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 design bathrooms. 2 Bedrooms have mattress 180x200 and 3 bedrooms mattress 160x200

Excellent location and excellent accommodations. The beds were beyond comfortable, and communication was spot on, from where to leave our luggage and requesting a driver. We couldn’t have asked for a better such in Roma. The only thing we would recommend or say is there are no paper towels, no kitchen towels and very limited bath towels.

Great property in an amazing location

The apartment was great for our family. Lots of rooms which allowed the teens some privacy, and a large communal area where we could have our meals together. Great location as well!

Perfect place to stay in Roma

Location is perfect nearby restaurants and walkable shopping. On the first floor of the building, clean, well maintained, and all that you need to enjoy your stay. We had 12 people and all slept comfortable. Would stay here again if we return.

Great group stay in Rome

We loved our stay in Luca’s apartment. We had a group of 10 of us and we had more than enough space throughout our time there. Cool decor, ideal walkable location to all attractions and comfortable beds! We would definitely stay here again.

Great space for a family or group of friends.

Great location close to the Vatican. Enough space for 10 of us. Luca answered all our questions ahead of arrival. We’d stay again and recommend to friends.

80th Birthday in Rome

We traveled with 12 family members ( Granny 80yo-15yo teen) to Rome after a cruise in Greece. Luca was very responsive during the check-in process & during our stay. The dreamer House suited our needs perfectly: clean, centrally located, very walk able to main sites, restaurants, coffee, grocery near by. For our older family members : main sites were no more than a 10 euro cab ride. We would definitely recommend!

Overall great location! Make sure you plan accordingly with luggage since early check in or drop off is not available. Otherwise cute spot and great communication with host!

A great spacious apartment.

For a big family group the apartment was comfortable, stylish and in a great location. Luca was very accommodating and we had early access which was such a bonus. Easy access to many famous sites and close to a metro for further exploration. A lovely neighbourhood with good cafes and a great pizza place- Il Gianfornaio a short walk away. A few extra amenities like wine glasses, tea towels and bin bags would have made it even better.

Birthday weekend in Rome

We had the pleasure to stay with a group of 11 at the Dreamer House. Plus Location, walking distance to Vatican and Spanish stairs Interior nice and clean, big table with seats for everybody, each family their own bathroom Small coffee places and small supermarket around the corner Nice restaurants close by in the direction of Vatican Negative Limited hot water and very low water pressure in bathrooms Communication about tourist tax could start earlier It was a great way to celebrate my birthday!

Awesome Location for Exploring Rome on Foot

We loved the apartment location, it was within walking distance to Vatican (15 mins), piazza sant’ Angelo (15 mins), Panthenon (25 mins) and we even walked to Colloseum 50 mins). Or you can use a scooter or public transportation. Everything else was close by as well. It was great for our multi-generational family of 10. There was plenty of space and everything we needed. I would really recommend the apartment.

The Dreamer House

We were traveling in Italy to visit a family member who is studying here this semester. We had 3 generations (teenagers, parents and grandparents ) in our group and every thing went well. There is a common area and plenty of bedroom space to accommodate our group of 10 people. There are several places to get something to eat nearby. The walk to the metro was just a few blocks. Luca is an excellent host and he provided a lot of good information/advice about Rome in advance of our trip. That really helped to maker our plans Thank you Luca

Excellent location near the Vatican

We were a family of 9 cousins. The apartment was as advertised and was in close proximity to the places we wanted to visit. There is an excellent seafood restaurant just 50’ down the same street. Our only issue was bag storage. We flew in at 09:00 and had to drop our bags off at a baggage storage place. This just added one more step in having to wait until 16:00 to get our bags before we checked in. This is all after an all night flight. I would rank them higher if they could have accommodated our bags. The apartment is nice and easy to access. There were ample rooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us.

Spectacular spot in Roma

We had 8 adults and found this apartment to be very comfortable for all! It was spectacularly located and easy to walk to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc. Lots of great nearby restaurants and gelato.

Rome all around!

The apartment was close to many sights, shops, and restaurants but was also a quiet neighborhood. Luca was an excellent host and we had such a good time getting to know Rome (and then retreating to the comforts of the apartment).

Excellent for a multigenerational family

Ranging in ages from 11-82, our family was very comfortable in this first-floor apartment. Close to the subway entrances and walking distance to grocery stores and shopping, it was a very convenient location.
