Gorgeous little place that has everything you need plus a real sense of being in Mexico. This is all due to the hospitality, attentiveness & good cheer of Daniel. We spent 3 relaxed days here under the guidance of Daniel who was always spot on with his advice. The only disadvantage is the location which is a bit out of Centro & requires taxis to get around, but that was not an inconvenience & was easily managed.

“Exceptional Stay with Minor Drawbacks” This hotel truly stands out as a gem in Cozumel. The facilities are stunning, from the beautiful restaurants to the inviting bars. The staff went above and beyond, consistently attentive to every need, which added to the overall experience. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, you could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and noise from the corridor. Beautiful resort...great location! Mixed feelings about how we felt about our overall stay ...majority of staff from house maids, gardeners & wait staff were great just found that those with authority(management?) in Feugo restaurant which we spent a lot of our time dining in our week stay very dismissive & rude particularly during the breakfast & lunch period. Also the reception was very hit & miss with how they delt with issues.

The sheets were really conducive to a great sleep! Rooms were spacious and excellence housekeeping. We had a look at breakfast and nothing was that worthy of eating. The location means you're forced to take taxis and the taxis will play their usual fee jacking up game. For reference, you can get a taxi from the street to Xplor for 100 mxn but you'll be left on the opp side of the street. In the hotel, it's at least 200. There's nothing around the hotel and you are limited to buying basics...

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Michelle and her husband were wonderful. Our room was very spacious and the hotel’s hand carved stone entrance and aesthetics are divine. Their tip on where to park made check in very easy. Breakfast was great value and served in the pretty garden at the rear of the property. The hotel is right on Avenida Cinco but Michelle gave us a local Mexican restaurant to try away from the tourist strip and it was excellent.
