I had an amazing recent experience at Waratah on York Hotel! The cleanliness and safety measures in place were truly commendable, creating a comfortable and worry-free environment. The friendly staff added an extra layer of warmth to the stay, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience.

I was not sure what to expect but I was delighted to check into a room that is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view. Was really happy with everything and communication was great. The only downside was I had to carry my luggage up 2 flight of stairs and it was hard when you travel alone and had a heavy luggage. If I knew, I would request for ground floor. But other than that, I am pretty happy and would definitely recommend this place.

Nice, quiet hotel with good room facilities and very comfortable bed. Good TV, iPod dock, shower, spa bath, well stocked mini-bar, large room (we got a free upgrade to a city view), dressing gowns, toiletries, chairs and table, fridge, coffee and tea facilities and parking on site. It was previously a convent and the hotel has good size rooms all refurbished to a good modern standard with the exterior still retaining original character.
We have stayed before and will return again as it's...

I recently stayed here for 3 nights. I looked at many hotels in Launceston and chose Sebel.
The room was great. Very Spacious, modern design, comfy large bed. Check in and out was a matter of a few minutes only with friendly happy staff. My first choice for any return visits.

Stayed overnight for the footy. Easy check-in with lovely staff. Room service food was great. Lovely young girl at reception, whose name escapes me, was very helpful in arranging my transfer back to the airport when I couldn't get a shuttle to the hotel at the right time to catch my flight. Nice clean room which was quiet & comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the space, cleanliness and amenities provided in the room. The staff were very helpful and parking was free. We were having difficulties with carrying our luggage down the stairs and a staff member helped us and even loaded our luggage in the boot of our car.
I would quite happily stay at the Penny Royal Hotel & Apartments again on our next trip.

We love the Grand Chancellor Hobart, the location is perfect, with fantastic views and walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, and to Salamanca Markets. The location is easy to find and is easily accessible.

What a great place to stay, a hotel with heart. Great rooms and beautifully appointed, location ✅. Best of all you can pay a bit extra for mini bars or snacks and they will donate the extra to a charity of your choice.
Part of your room fee helps feed people in need.
Staying here helps them contribute to one of their 8 causes.

Such a good concept, pod was clean and comfortable, I did struggle finding it though as there are no signs, I asked a lady on the street and she was staying there luckily and gave me directions, a guest assisted me to find my way around once inside. I would definitely stay here again
