Tha bed sheets were white and looked clean. The walls were freshly painted.
The toilet cracked stained and the plastic seat and systern were fit only for a prison. Being very old missfitting and the plastic crazed the cystern leaked and had to be Turner off to allow sleeping the windows x2 only one was fitted and very poorly with flywire.
I booked because it had a 4 star rating. We were so disappointed when we arrived. It was truly a low point in our stay in Tasmania.
The problem 😕 was the rating of 4 stars totally misleading.
We would have cancelled the booking if it was possible.
As a matter of interest. We only slept there. We left at first light and returned very late. Preferring to walk and spend as much time away from this place as possible.
The savings on accommodation in our view are not worth the dissapointment

Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt bad to whinge about this.

great room, so big - would have been nice if it had had a small table and chairs so you didn't have to sit on the bed. and a small couch would have fit in also!
you only get a view of the carpark if you don't pay extra for the silo rooms but the size of the room makes up for it.
A bit remote from cafes etc so a small microwave would be nice so you could heat your food or drinks when you finally get them back, but there is a cafe in the park next door, open in the morning- fantastic stay

"Very nice hotel and the staff were very hospitable and friendly. We had two rooms a premium king and a twin and both were very clean. The king had benches for bags which was handy, the twin did not so that took up extra floor space. Breakfast was surprising with a good level of hot and cold options. ..."
