"Been to SF more than 10 times - usually stay around union square for Moscone - but honestly this is now my fav hotel, amazing design, very unique architecture. Rooms well maintained, clean and appointed and super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was a problem and everything I asked for sorted quickly and hassle free. This isnt always the case in SF. Bonus this part of town is without all the hassles and troubles you find further up in Union square and surrounds - the walk to Moscone wasnt bad and the hotel made it worth it. Definitely will be back here if I can. "
"I enjoyed my stay — the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the amenities were nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that stood out was that it wasn’t quite as clean as I expected (a bit of dust and a few missed spots). Other than that, it was a good experience, and I’d consider staying again."
" Beautiful clean rooms helpful staff central located to just about anything great view on thirty six floor i could see golden gate from my room room and the water stunning great bartendars as well parking sucked 95 for the weekend did not move my car from parking garage because rates are insane but its frisco id stay here again"
"The water bottle refill station takes forever to fill up. Please see if 8th floor can have a faster water fill. Thank you. The front door wave wasn’t working, and the situation about the smoke smell in the room was handled right away, thank you, everything else was great. "
"Love stay at this property when visiting San Francisco. Francisco is extremely close to all tourist attractions in Union Square clean customer service will return."

"The staff was so friendly and had a room ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean and tidy. There’s a grocery store nearby which is awesome for snacks or waters. Although they do provide water upon arrival which is nice! My go to stay in the city especially for an event at Oracle Park or Chase Center"
