"Lovely stay and lovely stay. You can watch the planes take off and land. Which my daughter loved. Very convenient location. We also walked down to ride the cable cars to the o2 which was fun and great views. The pool was mild temperature not freezing atall but the room/air in there does get hot. There is a £25 security deposit per night. "

Turkish flavorings but with a big kind universal vision of the world, each room dedicated to another great thinker or artist or teacher. Little doodads everywhere, paintings - not your everyday London hotel. We left feeling very happy and well rested! Good restaurant. Sweet and memorable. "

"Very polite and helpful staff. Lobby is comfy if you just need to hang somewhere outside your room. Very well located in terms of proximity to shopping, dining and transport connections. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood. Super easy self-check in. Would stay again."

"Bed and pillows were terrible.Worst nights sleep and going back to work as tired as i left.Pillows not supportive.Drinks not great as smoothly was not made fresh.Chai latte wrong when ordered and bland tasting!"
