Small rooms. A bit noisy due to the fire doors banging when closing. Good breakfast.

Staff cooperative breakfast excellent bad mattress not good

I didn’t find anything I like other than location There are many problems with this property as follows (I) first I paid in advanced non refundable more than doubled price not a good idea; (ii) room they gave me first is out of the main building and single separate room in the backyard; no phone in the room to call; no WiFi to connect internet; no security box; bathroom is not working and water overflow; (iii) when about these issues they claimed that it mentioned in the property when you booked and when I asked them then they are not interested to show them; they also this is last room we can’t do anything at least tonight when I arrived from long flight and long drive from Airport. (iv) when I refused to stay that room they eventually they agreed to send me other location saying that only one room available. I agreed to see that first and found that has also lots of problems but better in a sense this room in the main building. They said no room service and clean up is not everyday and it is in the property website. When I said to show where it is then they don’t even bother to show me. A few staffs are okay but rest are not well-behaved. I paid more than doubled price than regular and paid in advanced to make sure I should get what I deserved but I didn’t and I didn’t have a choice to cancel or contact Expedia to get immediate assistance. Expedia must do something for his customers to provide some kind assistance and guarantee getting what they deserved.
