Last time we complained, and this time Harun gave us a room that was absolutely ridiculous. The room was very dirty, and even the blanket was not clean, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Harun’s attitude was rude and argumentative, with no apology or effort to help. Giving such a room to customers after they complain feels disrespectful. I would like to mention that Fahim and Syed have always provided good service and treated us politely and professionally. Unfortunately, this experience with Harun ruined our stay.

The room was average in size but very dirty. The floor was stained, the bathroom had mold, and there was an empty cigarette box left in a drawer. The TV never worked despite us reporting it. On checkout day, we were locked out of one room before checkout time, and the delay in fixing this caused us to miss our train. One of our rooms was also entered and left open, although nothing was taken. The only positives were the staff and the location. The staff were friendly and tried to help, and the location is convenient with many restaurants, a nearby train station, and a mall within a five-minute walk.

The staff are lovely and cannot do enough to help, its a budget hotel so its never going to be the ritz. Of.you are looking for a cheap overnight stay its perfect. It looks like they are working on it to raise the standard. All daid i would uae this hotel again as the location is perfect for transport links and shopping and lots of food places

Clean and comfortable

Booked for 2 nights to go to a gig, guy on reception was very helpful, let us leave our luggage, room was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. Good location for transport in and out of main London.

The receptionist Mr Fahim was Amazing. He was so friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend the hotel if the price is 60£ or less.

Hotel was lovely and clean but our rooms electics where faulty , our bathroom light had its own disco all night and all sockets werent working , we couldnt have a tea or coffee or charge our phones , the bed wasnt very comfortable at all but apart from that all was good , the gentleman on reception when we arrived was very polite and helpful

The hotel room is dirty with stains on the walls, no bathroom floor towel for safety, no phone or intercom in the room. The noise from other room was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. My room walls was disgusting with different kind of stains that I was forced to go talk to the front desk or receptionist I requested for an iron and I was brought a dear black iron that messed up my cloths. It’s basically not for me. The receptionist that welcome me in was very professional and pleasant.

The rooms are too small. The double room was defined according to bed size. It had only a queen size bed in it. In the middle of summer the only room that had AC has no windows. If you’re claustrophobic don’t book it. It’s a small room, no fridge, no desk, nothing else but the bed. Also, no food nor kitchen service. Good street access though, loads of restaurant and convenience stores. The hotel should write these things on their site and let customers know. I felt deceived.
