"1.the handbasin in the ensuite has a stuck plug. Water remained in the bowl for 4 days 2. No black tea in the outside area, only herbal tea 3 there was no hot water this morning on my last morning. Had to have a cold shower 4. I couldn’t change the temperature on the room airconditioner. 25 degrees was too hot for me. "

"Really impressed with this hotel. Rooms were stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and accomodating, lobby area was comfortable and inviting. Considering the hotel is beside the airport and highway, we didnt hear a sound from our rooms. Family room was perfect for our family of 5 and the airport shuttle was quick and efficient. Cant fault this place and have already recommended it to several others who might use it before an early flight!"
