Holiday Homes in Purchase

"Great area, good air conditioning equipment and tv's etc. The basement has the 2nd washroom, water didn't work except for the shower so hopefully that gets fixed soon. WiFi password on the modem was old so I had to contact to obtain the actual password, hopefully that also gets updated. Some of the towels had stains on them which is not a problem to me since I brought my own, but my brother was using it so that was a little disappointing too. Otherwise I'd say it was a great stay for the price...

Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Charged a cleaning fee on top of this for an apartment that wasn’t even...

Easy on street parking. Only two towels though, for two females for two days. Not a huge deal but would have liked one or two more. "

"Convenient location to upstate snd downtown NYC. All the rooms were good size. Appreciate the welcoming outside space both out front and in the back area. Plan to come back later this year."

"We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms."
