"Very accommodating and friendly staff. Easy access to trains; wonderful neighborhood restaurants. Potts Point has some sketchy spots but I never felt unsafe. I would return to stay at the indigo again "
"We had an excellent stay. Clean, large room, we stayed in premium studio apartment . Comfy bed. Bathroom quite small but clean. Location excellent near cafes restaurants and bars, and short stroll to Kings Cross station. Did hear pedestrian noise, but not bothered by this, as to be expected in this vibrant location. Would highly recommend and will stay next time. Check in easy and did get early checking on arrival. Too easy!"
"Convenient location, just around the corner from trains and directly across the road from Harris Farm Markets. Coffee shops and patisseries within three minute walk. Comfy room, Great staff. "
"We have stayed at the Lido Suites a number of times over the years. Un know to us when we arrived on the 11th November 19 that it had been sold and the name change to Uno Hotel and it was under renovated
.
We arrived about 6pm and the night manager (Gino?) said that they were still accommodating booked guest and showed us to our room, could see that it had been upgraded with new bedding and vinyl flooring, found the floor & kitchenette counter was sticky, asked why, he said the room had...

"We were really blown away when we arrived at this hotel after an 11 hour flight. Bellhops and check in staff all in pristine uniforms. It seemed like every guest was dressed in pressed business clothes. Ferraris and BMWs out front. Very fancy. We were in rumpled travel clothes. I don’t even think I had packed clothes for anything other than hiking or the beach. I felt so out of place, but every single employee made us feel like VIPs. From the front bellhop who told us silly stories and gave us great directions to the waterfront to see the Opera House up close to the front clerks who made sure our room was perfect. Room was fabulous and our view of the Opera House amazing. (Get the executive room with the view. Totally worth the extra money.)
This hotel is within walking distance to the train station, the harbour and ferries, shopping and of course, the Sydney Opera House.
We took the ferry to the zoo and back with no issues.
The only complaint I would have is the breakfast. It’s pretty pricey. You get to pick an item on the menu, have access to the buffet and can order a drink like a latte or a cappuccino. The staff are great and the view of the city awesome. It just didn’t taste very good. Everything was really pretty and magazine cover worthy, but most of it was either dry or undercooked. The sun was shining directly in my boyfriend’s eyes the entire time as well. When we asked to lower the blinds a little we were told it would affect the view. "
"Staff were fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. The location is great all forms of transport are virtually on the doorstep and most of all the view of the harbour is as good as any postcard produced. "
