"Private room was more than adequate for our needs. Terrace view was nice and location was good to walk to attractions. Some guests were a little noisy at night. We’re talking 1am, well after the quiet time suggested at 11pm. "

"The hotel staff, service and amenities are too notch. The breakfast is amazing as well. The location is also really convenient to attractions. The room itself was very dark, which, we are dining is the case with European hotels. Each time we came back to our room it had a terrible foul smell, like sewer. Once we opened the windows and the air conditioner / fan was running it was fine, but we had to do this every day for the 6 nights we we stayed - in hindsight we should have “complained” but each day we thought maybe it won’t be like this today. The same smell was in the streets where they were doing construction. Aside from this the hotel is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend. All the services and staff are so wonderful and attentive. "

"The staff was so welcoming from the time we arrived. The hotel property is beautiful. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Florence but they also have a shuttle. I’m a walker so I preferred to walk but it does have hills. The breakfast was so delicious I miss it. They have free parking which was important to us because we were renting a car to drive to Tuscany area."

"Hotel is very pretty. The suite rooms have plenty of space. Front desk staff very polite and helpful in anyway possible. Location is good with about a ten minute walk to the city center. Self parking is 35 per day just is pricey and the breakfast is subpar in my opinion for the price. I paid for the breakfast during my stay and when I sat I ordered an omelet which wasn’t “included” so I had to pay an additional $7 for. Not many options for breakfast, not even orange juice just other juices that weren’t very good. If I stayed here again, I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast option and just find something outside by the city center. The bar is small which is a little let down since I usually like a good hotel bar before dinner so we didn’t try this bar and just went outside. Overall nice property , big rooms"

"They charged for the breakfast when I checked in, had to remove some breakfast charges since I did not end up having breakfast there each morning. The food was not as good as I have had at other similar hotels in Italy."
