Room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff.. breakfast was amazing with various options..excellent location with great restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions nearby.. walking distance to train station. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Florence 💯. I felt comfortable and safe as a slo female traveler

La habitación y baño, cómodos y limpios.
Buena ubicación, cerca del metro.
Lo malo:
El señor del front desk de la tarde, me parece que no entendió que su trabajo es atender a turistas. Muy mala disposición.
