"It was an older place but clean and beds where nice .only thing the door was hard to get key in and out no complaints here .we would stay again .easy check in .we asked to get checked in two hours before check in as we had a function .so very helpful and accommodating.very much appreciated . "

"Some parts of the room needed attending. Stains on the lounge, TV needs upgrading, spa had a crack on the side. Shower head leaking. Staff were nice. Parking was ok. Within walking distance to coffee shop and Bar restaurant. All together a nice place to stay and will be coming back."

"It was a bit smelly in bathroom as the exhaust fan wasn't attached. It was sort of grungy but it housed 3 adults with relative ease and didn't cost the earth. "

"This place has alot of potential. It is decent, on nice grounds, restaurants are good, the staff are nice but a huge downfall is the bathroom. The shower is uncomfortable to be in, with very little water pressure, awkward layout and the water spills over onto the bathroom floor which is a bit of a hazard. I did spot a couple of cockroaches in the room, which bothers me. Fix these issues, and I think i would be encouraged to come back."

"What an amazing place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom balcony unit. The balcony was huge, bigger than the apartment! The views are unforgettable. The hotel has a lovely pool area but the water is not heated so we didn't use it. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the Palm Beach ferry. Ettalong is a very nice place with a beautiful beach so we may be back."
