I could not find fault with anything. Staff was super helpful. The pizza from the restaurant was the best I had in a very long time.

Not sure if this is an old property running down or new owners just taking over a run down property. Ceryainly noy 5 star . This is the first time we have stayed here, will probaly try again . Great italian restaurant on the premises.

Easy free parking inside motel area. Quick check in. Only 15 minute walk to optus stadium. Good room to sleep and rest your head. Will go again. Just remember a $100 safety deposit is taken at check in and returned upon check out.

I was very disappointed with my check in experience. The main foyer door was lock and it took an hour and multiple phone calls before I had any response from the front desk.

The staff was pretty friendly. The place was actually quite clean. The interior had signs of recent paint jobs in attempt to freshen the place but furnitures and all the fixtures were really dated so a renovation is due. The worst about this place is it didn't give us a feeling that it was safe. On the day of arrival, there were police officers clearing the content of another unit and I suspect it was due to drugs and illegal substance abuse by another customer. At night, there was a couple fighting and screaming at the top of their lungs right outside our unit. It didn't last long luckily but that should not have occured. All night long I heard people walking and slamming doors which also didn't give me and my family a good night sleep.

Very close to restaurants, transport. The only thing I found wrong was the bed was uncomfortable and a minor think the light shades are so old they need replacing other than that we enjoyed our stay

What a great place. First time here and very impressed, really nice rooms great colour scheme, a short stroll into the city and a really nice restaurant attached to the property with great meals and the pizzas just a WOW

Approached hotel staff for an additional night, hotel staff confirmed that a second night was already booked. An hour later hotel staff approached the room and notified us that we were passed the check out time and need to leave as there was guests expected to arrive. further discussion with hotel staff resulted in them offering the room back to us again but at twice the cost of the first night.

Sheets and towels clean, water hot. Stay away from rooms 04 and 05. They face the road and there's no double glazing. Our bed in 05 was a person trap (dip in the centre). Staff are nice and helpful. Handy location. Right next to fish and chips/bottlo.

Not to far from city which is great. Did not like the noice from the people staying below me. Allowing their teens to run up and down the passage late at night and playing ball between peoples cars in the limited space in the parking area.

We arrived at 1130pm after flight cancellations etc and gathered entry details by mobile from airport. Unfortunately, texting details failed due to system failure but the notes we took enabled us to gain entry to our unit. In the morning the rain had ceased but we had to walk two blocks for breakfast before commencing a 5 hour drive home which was inconvenient otherwise we were satisfied.

After travelling across Australia they would not let me check in 40 minutes early. I had to go to the park across the road in the rain to use the toilets. There was only enough milk and sugar for two cups of coffee and I did ask for more and was handed 2 more sachels of sugar.

We were shown to a room that was unsuitable and not like the one we chose online. The queen bed up against one wall, a depressing room with no view, only high windows. I asked the receptionist for another room and she willingly obliged. Much nicer and comfortable. Thank You for helping us enjoy our staff. The staff member was a credit to the business. Cheerful, helpful and polite.

Was a quiet clean hotel, decent rooms and close to everything. My only issue was that renovations were going on at hotel so was a bit noisy during the day.

Fantastic location for walking to Optus Stadium and easy CAT bus ride to city centre. Quiet and safe place with easy parking. Bed was a bit old and tired/uncomfortable but room was great apart from that. Linen and towels spotless.
