Enjoy amazing views of the ocean from the 2nd-storey balcony , master bedroom and every other window , Additionally you have views of the estuary, This property is situated at one of the highest points in falcon, Offering a full experience of Falcon bay . With 3 living areas there is plenty of space for the kids or for others to relax and do there own thing, boasting 4 bedrooms 3 up stairs and 1 downstairs with a shower /bath and toilet up stairs and also shower and toilet down stairs, the beach is about 150 mtrs away so when the swell is up you can hear the waves form the master and also the balcony!, with falcon bay a must see spot just down the street! , falcon shopping center is 1 min , this is new to the market
