While the Deluxe Suite was spacious and comfortable, the décor felt slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh. "All ammenties and services were great. love the indoor pool. i lose my luggage key on the first leg of my trip there and they immediately retrieved it for me on my second leg when I asked about it. "

"Breakfast had a large variety of options, asian and western. Property was beside a metro station which made getting around the city easy. The Bund was a short walk and so was Nanjing Rd. The shopping area to the north on Huahai Rd was a 10 minute walk. Definitely a great location. Staff was excellent, very helpful."
