All services are good, but Qantas aircraft needs upgrade to new model for such long flight.
Very enjoyable flight crew were excellent and very helpful
Food exceptional for economy class.
It was a wonderful flight with very courteous and helpful staff that were very eager to help and do anything they could to make the flight enjoyable
I think china Eastern airlines have really picked up their game. It’s been a few years since traveling with them but they have new updated aircraft and the menu, even in economy was quite good. Both meals were great.
Staff were excellent made the trip more entertaining and enjoyable
only problem was, it was not possible to be checked in all the way to Xian, had to recheck in at Shanghai for flight to Xian
Very friendly & helpful staff
landing is always nice with china eastern
the food is unpalatable
