Camille, Lily and Quain G are lovely. They are helpful. The room is clean and I love the scent of their shampoo.

Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai
Unbeaten location. As great as all Shangri-La hotels. Friendly staff. Both swimming pools are crystal clean but sometimes a little bit crowded. Some furniture in the room might show wear-and-tear with aging.
