"La ubicación es a unas diez cuadras de la estación de metro, pero en el camino hay muchísimos locales de comida -principalmente- el hotel está impecable, tiene todos los servicios necesarios. El personal no habla casi ingles pero se la rebuscan bastante bien y hubo una chica en particular que sí entendía más y fue más fácil la comunicación. Son todos muy amables y predispuestos. "The hotel is pretty old in general and sort of poorly maintained. First is the blackout curtain was not properly postioned in the slot, it woke me up as soon as the sun rises. Then nearly half of the sockets are too loose to use. Can you believe the socket for the hair dryer is unuseable????? I have to plug it to a socket outside the washroom that's near the floor area.... This is really subpar as a Banyan Tree..."

"I just wrapped up a 10 visit to Shanghai, and spent my entire time at the Conrad Hilton property. I was pleased with the very central location in the city of the hotel, and from my 39th floor room I was more than happy with the sweeping city views, looking directly down on the green oasis of the People's Park. The elevator situation was a bit confusing to begin with (due to the unusual shape of the building), but that was soon sorted and I moved freely between the propertys facilities. The 10th floor pool provided sweet views of the surrounding neighborhood and the gym was good sized and open 24 hours a day, something I made frequent use of. My king suite was super comfortable and well appointed and I especially appreciated the city view desk and more than ample closet space- a must as I travel for many months per year. As for the staff I would like to take a moment to acknowledge and show my appreciation to the following folks- a huge thank you to (French national) Hugo in guest relations who helped me out in many ways and made the hotel feel like a home over my week+ stay, to (Thai national) Thena whose cheerful demeanor and daily greetings cheered me up immensely and (Chinese national) Rosemary the ever evervesant 'elevator lady' who guided guests and was a genuine hostess for the hotel and a bright personality who made many of the guests smile and happy as they descended to the lobby to begin their day- I thank you most sincerely, you made my visit a memorable one.."

"This hotel has nothing related its cover picture. Only 4 level building and the first level is full of small restaurants and its smoke are filled the hotel room. AC is flow with dust. Bathroom is full of stains. Room is small. Though the staff is quite nice and helpful."

"Absolutely loved my room. I had a private bathroom with shower. And a punch bowl tub in the middle of my living room to see the view of the city, and two types of bath salts! Great amenities in the room. You get two complimentary bottles of water, toothbrush, comb, and slippers. **If you get the breakfast option, it is worth the deal!!! Tons of great comfort food from noodle station, bao station, congee, stir fry vegetables, a dessert station, steamed corn, etc. There are A LOT of options!!! States there's a gym, although I did not go. Also a high end restaurant in front of hotel, I highly suggest it. The front desk ladies do not speak much English. I used a translator, and they were very kind to try and help. If they don't know, they're honest about it and not waste your time. Overall, a great place!!! I slept so well here! There is an Aldi and a shopping mall short of a 10 minute walk. There are also a few eateries, and a spa. I did not go inside the spa, so couldn't say much about it. "
