The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Biogi and Zhang Xiaonu for their outstanding service and kindness. The hotel is very clean, and the daily housekeeping is consistently thorough and well done. Another huge advantage is the location — there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and petrol stations all within a short walking distance. You’ll also find many nearby businesses for massages, haircuts, and pretty much anything else you may need during your stay. One of my favorite perks was the free laundry machines inside the hotel, which made the experience even more convenient and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The Hotel doesn't look like the photos. There is no normal hotel entrance, only a small elevator. The first floor is belong to the bank. The hotel is only has two levels. The photo shows which is a high rise. Actually, the above levels are other people's appartment. Terrible experience. There is no parking for a taxi to stop, it is not allow to stop for any car. The room is very small.

bad experience I made a reservation through the Expedia app, and when I got there, the place looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty, and the room they showed me smelled of tobacco. I even asked the receptionist to let me see the room before they accepted my booking, because I wanted to see if it was what they showed. She showed it to me, but even after I left the hotel and didn't want to keep the reservation, they charged me through the Expedia app for one night as a penalty for blocking the reservation and not taking the three nights I wanted. They charged me for one night even though I told them to let me see the room first before booking, and since I didn't intend to stay, they took advantage of me. This is definitely a scam. and nothing looks like the pictures. It's not even close to the 1000 trees; it's a 30-minute drive away. Besides that, the area where the hotel is located is dirty, and the hotel doesn't even have a main entrance. It has an elevator that takes you to the reception area, which is also dirty. They also have a treadmill—I think that's the gym—right in front of the reception desk, which I found incredibly unprofessional.

The room is clean. The staff is nice. There is a laundry room. The hotel delivered us warm breakfast. It was really nice. There are a few restaurants across the street. The bus station is about 3-5 minutes walk. The subway station is a little farther. You can take bus to the subway station.

Nice environment and friendly staff.. Great location, very easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. The only issue is the heater.. very complicated system and not function well sometimes. The room can be super cold and hot. I would highly recommend the hotel management to take some actions on this. Otherwise, it is a great hotel with reasonable price.
