Very good food, breakfast and Happy Hour offerings were delicious, free drinks for Happy Hour if you book club rooms. However, view from the club rooms to the skyline is not the best. Great location. Overall the Hotel needs a deep renovation - mediocre condition of rooms and public areas do not make you feel like 5 stars.

Phenomenal view of the Bund from the rooftop bar. Amazing location. Right in the centre of everything! Walking distance to the Bund, major shopping areas and short taxi ride to the beautiful Yu Gardens. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful! Clean, modern and fabulous views of the Bund!
