Amazing Hotel with lots of cool quirky touches. The roof top bar and swimming pool were absolutely amazing. The staff were helpful and charming. Central location but you wouldn't have known it, very little if any street noise.Thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

Great stay good location

Great place for top end food, spa, service, kids club and pool. One of the best breakfast offerings & Italian dinner some of the best meals you will have. All the poolside staff great and very tentative to what are some great pools. Spa world class & the kids club one of the worlds best

Great stay. Easy checkin room was great with very comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel was not full so it was quiet but you could hear other people in the spa at 5am from your balcony. Breakfast was good and the coffee machinean added bonus. Real fresh hot coffee. The only negative was there are no tissues in the room and they only supply 1 toilet roll, eadily fixed by grabbibg an extra roll from the downstairs toilet. Would stay again as great location to beach and nightlife

Check-in at the hotel was good with staff being attentive and the process was very efficient. There was some confusion on check-in with us being Accor silver status members and benefits that should be applied. The room was well appointed and spacious with an ocean view. The aircon in our room was very noisy and was reported to the hotel front desk, but the problem did not seem to be rectified. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now . It is in a central position , the staff are very helpful and polite. I intend to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Phuket.

Such a beautiful resort and the perfect location. Close enough to Patong beach but also just far enough away from the wild party that is Bangla walking St. Staff were amazing and breakfast buffet was incredible. Our room was great, devine view, comfy pillows, air-conditioning.

Our stay was really good,the staff were really polite, helpful and knowledgeable, the hotel was always clean, the food was really nice and lots of variety, the swimming pool was very big & clean, I recommend this hotel for anyone.

We stayed in the Jr Suite. It was very spacious, with a separate lounge and kitchen area. We had a slight ocean view from one of the 2 balconies which also allowed for lots if bright light or watching thunderstorms roll in. Literally a 2min walk to Patong beach. The only areas that could be improved is maybe an updated TV to allow for casting from your phone and maybe a little maintenance to address some cupboards and drawers that are not working well in the room. At a lot of hotels I feel like a stranger in someone else's house. At Porter House they make me feel right at home. Roger and Anne are the best.

We only had an overnight at this hotel, as we arrived late into a very hectic unorganised Phuket airport. It took longer to get a cab than the ride itself, which is approx 40min. The lady was helpful with any questions and was quick to find our booking and room. Breakfast is a small fee, if you like or there is a great restuarant next door that is open very late.overall yes it is a 3star, built probably in the 70's, but rooms are clean, bed is comfy, decor is daggy, but homely.A little fare out...
