"The stay at the Liv Hotel was absolutely great. The staff were first and foremost very welcoming and kind for the entirety of the stay. When we were set to leave, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The staff did not hesitate to arrange to have us back at our original hotel room, with fresh towels and amenities topped up! The security was also very lovely to the customers, and maintained constant care of who entered and left the hotel, always providing us a warm welcome when we arrived back to the room. The location is also excellent as it is within walking distance to Malin plaza and great food spots. It’s right on the beach and a very short drive to freedom beach, which is absolutely stunning. The centre of the esplanade is also within walking distance. It was not overly loud at this hotel. The hotel was also very clean! I fully recommend this hotel for whoever wants to visit Patong, Phuket. "
