"Property was a little dirty. There was prostitutes walking the street in front of it when we pulled up. And so I was a little apprehensive at first, but if you don't go out after like 8 o'clock at night, it's a really nice property to stay at for the price. We stayed with our two young kids. My only complaint about this particular property is the shower didn't get super hot"

"Overall, the day was good. We were in a non-smoking room. Elevator smelt like smoke though, and you could smell it outside your door. Three star review was more because although they said the room was ready when we checked in we dropped off our stuff and had to go out for an appointment by the time we got back in the room we found that we did not have a blanket, which required us to have to go downstairs get somebody at the desk was able to help take care of it for us. Staff was friendly, but there might’ve been maybe some professional appearance pieces with T-shirts being worn behind the counter."

"I have to say that this is the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel/motel in the 30+ years I have been making business trips. I would like to start off by saying that I have always had nothing but good things to say about Best Western. I assumed they had a standard that was upheld at both corporate and franchisee operated BW properties. I run a company and we have people traveling on company business often. This time I had three colleagues with me and I rented two rooms. We are all friends as well and routinely share accommodations. This was no different. We arrived and the room I was in wasn’t very clean from the initial look around but I wasn’t too alarmed, well that is until I went into the bathroom and noticed rust and dirt around the tub drain, toilet paper dispenser had dust and spots of who knows what that was clear as day on the chrome fixture. I just assumed it had been busy and they would clean it on the third day as promised. The room had clean bedding and the beds were comfortable. All we needed was a place to sleep. Third day came and went with no cleaning. I asked the front desk on day 4, was handed fresh towels and said they would be clean the next day. Next day came and still no service. This time I questioned the morning manager who told me it was a franchise when I asked who owned the facility. He promised the room would be clean and much to my surprise it was when we returned from work. One service for ab10 day stay. This was the same for the room"
