Girl at the counter was super friendly & helpful. Room was nice overall, no 5 star but you can tell effort is being put in! The building looks kinda old and worn so good for what it is!

I appreciate my stay there. The room was clean, and a big space with a table and chairs. Also, all the staff are friendly. Only you could improve the doors to have them in better condition. The front door lockset does not function properly. The door at the bottom of the bathroom was wrecked, and there was an unfinished detail in the bathroom, like the floor and the tab.

Our stay was amazing, the only thing I wish i was told was about the deposit and the amount, but besides that the room was comfortable and clean and parking was perfect and convenient! i would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

A genuine low-priced bargain.

The hotel has been updated and is in excellent condition. Clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price—my highest recommendation for a low-priced hotel.

Nice staff. A small issue checking in rules were unclear. Clean room. Quality soaps/shampoos/bodywashes. Mini fridge microwave and cofee machine was nice. Tv is old not that good. AC didnt work. Outlet was also not working too worn couldnt plug anything in without it falling out. Reccomend bringing a portable. Overall not bad. Would reccomend for a good cheap option

Room was very clean and spacious (for handicap). Loved the dual shades: daylight for privacy and darkening had sunset view with a sailboat. Fridge had a clicking sound when it turned on. Drawers were great for food storage. Full set of toiletries (wall mounted). Hair dryer was an added bonus. Sink was clogged but drained slowly. Clean towels and bed sheets. Great value. Located on main street. Nearby shopping, dining, and trolley. Perfect spot for touring.

The staff was very nice and professional. Our room key never worked they tried multiple times. The bathroom door did not shut properly. the location is just not so desirable not much the staff can control about that. The guest that stayed there were loud the music was on at a ridiculous volume until like 330 am someone there asked for money while i went to my car. The room was very clean and smelled good.

Lately I've been a frequent guest at this hotel. My partner and I have been staying here at least once a month over the last year. The location is ideal, being that I live in the area and the price is on point. The surrounding area is decent and has a little bit of everything for everyone. From dining, to shopping, to public transportation, etc. Being so close to the freeway has its pros and cons. The property itself is nice. For an older property, it has some nice updates that make it feel more modern and up to date without breaking the bank and having the cost of those upgrades being passed onto the guest. I love that parking is free, regardless how many vehicles you have and checking in and out is simple. Of all the stays I've had here, I've only ever had one issue, and that was that our phone in our room didn't work, which made checking out a little less ideal. There's no way to check out via the TV and because the phone was out of order, I was forced to stand in line at front desk, with 5 other people in front of me, and only 1 front desk agent. Again, it was a one time thing and it's no biggie. It didn't affect anything aside from departing. All in all, Hotel Palmeras has become one of my favorite hotels to stay at due to price, location, and value. I'd recommend this hotel to others who want a decent, affordable hotel without breaking the bank.
