"Loved our stay! Enjoyed a relaxing swim in the heated infinity pool before our tasty hotel breakfast in the poolside bar. Our room was kept perfectly clean by Nora - the best housekeeper we’ve had in many years. Made the most of the in-room coffee machine and refrigerator. Would have awarded 5 stars but we had a poor check in experience arriving quite late on a busy Saturday evening. Our check-in lacked information about items included in the resort fee and we felt left to our own devices to sort hotel self parking. We found out later, we were entitled to valet parking on the first night when paying for self-parking but this wasn’t explained to us. Despite check in issues, this is an excellent hotel in a great location and a perfect base to explore this beautiful island"

"Everything was amazing, cleanness, staff and breakfast and can’t forget the bar on site. If there was to be something to improve maybe but not a big deal is the laundry system there’s only 2 washers for 19-20 floors and if your staying there for more than 5 days it’s very useful but wait time can be long if ppl are not on top of their times."

"Great location. Close to beach, Rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Pillows have to be better. Tasty coffee downstairs.. Hotel provides sunscreen. Room service scheduled for every other day. We had to ask for fresh bath towels for the days they did not clean our room. Staff was so friendly and ready to help us each time! Big thanks you for it!"

"My wife collapsed (I suspect as a result of dehydration) just after we had checked out at reception. The duty manager was there in a flash and my wife’s collapse had been observed by one of the ladies at reception, who immediately called 911. The staff were very helpful. They even arranged for my wife and I to return to the room we had just checked out of so my wife could lay down and recover after the paramedics had finished with her. Very impressed with their level of concern. Highly recommend The Wayfinder as a place to stay in Waikiki."
