We loved our stay at Hotel Renew. Super accessible, a bunch of restaurants nearby, STUNNING views, the beach is only 2 minutes away and the people were super welcoming. The air conditioning in the room was great, you can adjust it to your liking. The location was super convenient.

The hotel is in a great location. the staff is very friendly. There are not many amenities. There is no microwave in the room. The snack bar in the lobby is extremely limited. They do not have a microwave either and the coffee i ordered was barely warm without a way to heat it up.

We only stayed for one night but we were so impressed by their excellent customer service. Upon dropping off our bags before check-in time (3pm), we were advised to call them around 2 pm to see if our room is ready and it was. All inquiries were answered with smiles. Though there is not Lanai, but our room has a great view of ocean and plenty of space for two of us. We liked their small hotel vibe.

It is a good mid range older hotel. The room was large and clean.The staff was very friendly. The main problem is outside of the hotel's control. There is an all night every night party spot in the alleyway on the mountain side of the hotel. The sound comes in from the vented bathroom windows. Even from the tenth floor can you can hear it,loud screaming, yelling all night every night. I would stay there again. But make sure you bring noise cancelling headphones.
