"A bit updated but you have everything needed. No ac but windows and fans were great. The sink and the toilet need an upgrade. The staff maintain clean the room but they didn’t took the trash out (which I’d have like it). Location it’s incredible. Walking distance to go everywhere and take Ubers or public transportation."

The staff were super helpful and the room was very spacious with everything you need. The air conditioning was always nice and cool. Honestly, as a solo traveler, it was a great hotel to use as a base to explore the area and the pricing was very fair, and Ubers could pick you up with ease.

My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people.
The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small.
I loved my stay here. Highly recommend.

Big room with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and pillows and a full kitchen with everything you could need. Thin walls so we could hear the neighbours like they were in the same room but it wasn’t a big problem. Parking was expensive but we found it was handy to have available as there wasn’t anything else available in the area. Great location for walking to the shopping and restaurants and a nice walk to the pier. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel was very good. We really enjoyed the amazing atmosphere created by all the photos of past and present stars of the screen and music world. Its location is super convenient to everything in Hollywood and Universal studios! The diner is super cool with its history and very yammy food! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Hotel shuttle arrived quickly and driver was great help with luggage. Hotel was very busy on check-in, but desk team worked quickly to get everyone checked in and also providing important details such as restaurant closure hours tonight and breakfast times for the morning.
