"Many of the staff members we encountered were cheerful and polite and made us feel very welcome at the resort.
We greatly enjoyed meeting our travel friends in the spacious lobby, especially spending time by the two-story aquarium. The presentation about the fish and their history was a bonus.
The fitness center and locker room were fully equipped and a great place to exercise and clean up.
One evening, we were disappointed by a lack of hot water in our bathroom.
We were unaware of any plumbing issues and felt that a notice for the floors affected should have been issued. Fortunately, the hot water was restored within a couple of hours. Our complaint was handled by a front desk employee, who made it possible for us to shower in an unused hotel room.
All in all, we had a memorable, pleasant stay that embodied the aloha spirit."
