"I have been staying at the Sheraton Waikīkī for years and have never been disappointed. This time was a bit different. I was very disappointed that both of your outdoor jacuzzi’s were not working properly. One had no jets that worked ( yes I turned it on) the other one had only one jet that worked. ..."
