Nice room Very close to shops love it made my experience wanting to come back again

My stay at Hotel Riu in Times Square was nothing short of fantastic! The location couldn't be better, situated right in the heart of the bustling Times Square and Restaurant Row. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to numerous attractions, shops, and dining options. The staff at Hotel Riu were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with any request. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a busy day in the city. The modern decor blended perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere outside. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with prompt responses to any needs and a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. Hotel is very nice great location and rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Good spacious rooms, comfortable and very close to the metro.

Staff is friendly and hotel location is great. However there were roaches in the room. Also the cleaning staff accidentally threw away my son’s retainer in the bathroom. Although accidentally, it cost $350 to replace.
