"This is hands-down our favorite hotel on the Bay Area. Just a little off the beaten path, quiet, serene, safe, you can’t beat the views of the yacht harbor, bay and city. Great fire tables and patio. I love the indoor pool and hot tub, the pool temperature is so comfortable, but it doesn’t feel hot and stuffy in there. The mattress was a little old and could use a new one, I feel some of the rooms are due for a remodel, but it definitely won’t stop me from coming again, definitely get a courtyard or marina view room."

"It’s an older property, but has a robust business. While decor is a bit dated, the place is run well and situated with easy walks to all kinds of mass transit. Our best meal in San Fran was at a walkable vegan place. We appreciated the locked, self-park garage (without the forced valet that some hotels have). The bed was comfortable; the room was clean and bright. While I could not roll my yoga mat out in the room, the gym had plenty of room to do so. Only con: The hotel restaurant’s menu had no vegan options (except french fries); there are plenty of places in San Fran that do. Overall, a good fit for our needs. "
