"Not crispy new however well maintaned. Always clean, floor staff always cooperative. Front desk is your challenge. Its about 60/40 as to pleasant experience. It's all about the person on duty and thier ability to communicate in English. "

"I was very impressed with the night auditor, Jayden. He was hospitable, charming, and highly professional. He’s exactly the kind of employee worth keeping—and deserving of a raise. The room was nice overall, but the cabinet housing the HVAC unit needs attention. It vibrates quite a bit and can make it difficult to sleep; adjusting the bottom door should help reduce the noise. Breakfast was okay. The cantaloupe was sweet but a bit too firm. The pool was also much smaller than expected—more like a wading pool—but at least the hotel has one. On the positive side, the property was very clean, and parking was no problem at all."

"I really like this place. It’s where I like to stay when I’m in town. Beds are comfortable and I sleep like a baby. The staff is friendly. Check in and check out are easy. 3 small downsides: The breakfast is no longer complimentary, occasionally housekeeping skipped my room when I stayed later in the day and once the WiFi went out. But mostly an easy, comfy and convenient stay. "
