It is located in a very good area for shopping and restaurants. The hotel parking is free and plentiful. Only refreshment is coffee. The check in person was not friendly and disengaged. Maid service was excellent.

The hotel is lovely . The rooms are spacious . This was my second stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it. Very clean inside rooms. Ice machines works great . I really like this hotel, But I lost $7 using the washer and dryer , which the front desk said they couldn’t do anything about the machines are third party. So I had to leave the hotel at midnight to find a 24 hour laundry to dry my clothing .

Could be 4 stars

Overall an excellent over night stay. 98 degrees outside, comfortable inside due to excelent ac. Sink faucet broken but usable. Evaluators extremely slow, gave up waiting most times and used stairs, two icemachines, one broken. Refrigerator in room gets an up check, in room coffee maker down check. It is an affordable hotel in a high end area of Long Island. Would stay again.

Although room was very clean however, hotel seems to house people from the shelter because I saw a few people walking barefooted on the floor I was saying on as well as front of hotel. These same people were making lots of noises while standing in front of hotel as well as their was someone playing loud music at 4am from their vehicle in the parking lot which was very annoying.

Outside the property looks decent, upon check in the girl at the front desk seemed like she could be a bit more friendly because she never once smiled and say hello. All she said was “are you checking in? I need ID and credit card “. Then when I went into the elevator it was old and dingy and noisy and a bit jumpy. But upon getting off on the 5th floor the hallways were awesome ! It was clean and smelled lovely and the light fixtures were pretty. When I got to my room the door looked new and no problems with the room key. Then when I got inside my room I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious my room was! Everything about the room was awesome to me! The bathroom was clean and the shower was great ! The room had mini fridge and microwave! The double beds were comfortable and I rested well! The room had a leather spinning desk chair as well as a leather lounge chair and still had a lot of space to move around ! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel . The housekeepers do a great job with keeping the rooms clean and spotless!! I’d definitely recommend. The overall rating score for this hotel should be above 8.5, and not 7.6 because it’s lovely!! With minor issues like the elevator and washer and dryers that stole my coins. But it’s okay the stay was worth it considering the dingy dusty hotels that I’ve paid just about the same for and were disgusting! I would definitely stay again !
