"Everything was good at the hotel. Nothing to complain about. It was clean and in good order but it wasn’t a five star resort, but that’s okay. I was just looking for a clean place to sleep each night and this did the trick."

"Great value for the price. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still within easy walking distance of convenience stores, a subway station, and several attractions, including the government building. The room isn’t particularly large, but it’s laid out well and gets the job done. One thing I appreciated was the space under the bed for storing luggage, which helped keep the room from feeling too cramped. The bathroom is definitely on the small side, but it’s perfectly functional for showering and getting ready. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and overall the hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay without unnecessary extras. If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable place in a good location, this is a solid choice."

"The staff were very friendly. The hotel had great amenities. We stayed 7 days and it was very nice and quiet. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was the best as we were just 5 min from the train station and about 8 min to all the restaurants. I will definitely recommend and will stay again."

"This hotel hgave us a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. We stayed here at the end of our Japan trip because we hadn't seen Tokyo Tower on beginning part of our trip. The area reminded me of central park area in NYC. You don't see the old Tokyo anywhere in the Shiba area. It is upper class and expensive cars. The hotel was a nice way to end our trip with great views, more greenery to look at and amazing breakfast buffet. It felt so good to be able to have all the breakfast options after finishing up our 3 week trip in Japan. The staff was very pleasant. The beds very comfortable and all the bathroom essentials you could think of. The room shows outdated some but they keep is super clean."

"Great location right next to Shinjuku station with a super helpful staff! The onsite bakery was a great way to start the day and the vibe in the lounge / restaurant made it an easy place to unwind at the end of long fight seeing days. Would go back in a heart beat. If you’re a gym enthusiast, know it’s a small gym that has basic equipment. It’s the only thing we wished was bigger with more options. Overall loved the spot!"
