"Our rainbow tower ocean view room was outstanding with a breathtaking view - but the elevator situation is really bad - sometimes waiting 20-30 min and then being stuffed onto an elevator with way too many people . Also the hotel offers no water - It’s a nice properly but wouldn’t stay again"

"Gladys made our stay spectacular. We were here for my birthday. She was so friendly and attentive! She made sure we enjoyed our stay, she had also sang me a happy birthday and not to mention, had remembered it was my birthday which was so thoughtful!"

"Room could be a little cleaner, but staff was great. This was our second time booking here and they changed the way the towels work. It was a bit of an inconvenience having to wait for people to get checked in or out to get our towels. The view was great and everything was close so it was very convenient."

"Loved everything except for the money grab- first two rows of every pool lounger had to pay to utilise. Often no loungers were available so we had to sit on different patios around if we wanted. There was no real place to sit and watch my kids unless I was in the water."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The place was very clean. I really enjoyed the pool and laundry and parking. Just overall a nice place to stay and rest if you want to save money to do other things on Oahu."
Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Waikiki Beach

"Clean, fresh and friendly are the words that come to mind when staying in Marriot hotels. The Sheraton is located in a walkable area that facilitates the enjoyment of Wikiki Beach. I was staying in Waianae where things were remote and the airport was 1 1/2 hour away (with traffic). For my last day in Honolulu, I decided to book Sheraton so I could enjoy Waikiki Beach and be closer to the airport. I will certainly recommend Sheraton!"
Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast

"The hotel looks a little dated but reception and lobby were very nice. Free Breakfast was excellent. The bed was just ok as the mattress should maybe be upgraded. The air conditioning is the room 2as very noisy."
