"The rooms were clean but lacked dusting. The staff atvthe check in kiosks were rude and impatient. Too many staff trying to get us to go to time share sales event - you literally get done telling one of them no and another one a few feet away tries to push it on you. That was annoying. We got a great room that was quiet, which is of the utmost importance to me. If I stay again, I will be requesting the same room."

We called in over a month in advance to have group rooms together and were told it was done, but we showed up and were on all different floors. Front desk staff not very kind. "
