"This is my wife’s new favorite Las Vegas resort! From checkin to departure the staff was amazing. The room was huge with a step down living room, 2 big screen TVs, and a fantastic view of The Sphere. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly. Bed super comfy! A bit noisy with the rollercoaster running 10am to midnight. Hallways Smokey smelling but not in the rooms. Restaurants nice! Disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room-wasn’t aware that they needed to be requested. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again (aside from the noisy rollercoaster-couldn’t escape it-it goes around the entire hotel)."

"Rooms were clean where you could visibly see however if it wasn’t in plain sight, it wasn’t dusted or cleaned. I dropped my pills and had to get on the floor and the bottom of the nightstand had not been dusted or cleaned in quite sometime. Not had any edging around the room been vacuumed. I was expecting a better quality and j more luxury, for instance, in the bathroom there was no place to hang your hand towel to dry your hands. Casino very smoke filled have to to walk you’re sensitive, it can be bothersome as you have to walk through it to get to most places. Customer service was lacking in my opinion. We visited other casino’s and everybody was very nice, friendly and helpful. Such as if you looked lost, which is easy to do in these big hotels, at other casinos they would notice and ask you if you needed help never once did anybody speak to me at aria unless I spoke to them first. Overall, it was nice. I guess just not what I was expecting for that price point. Also, I guess it’s about making money but at the same sense I’ve spent a lot of money to stay there. No coffee machine in the room so you’re forced to go to Starbucks or their other café and pay at a minimum eight dollars for a coffee. No place to buy drinking water at a reasonable cost. I understand you’re on vacation and it’s gonna cost money but you don’t need to feel like you’re being robbed and or basic needs to be supplied at a hotel at that level. "

"We upgraded to the Versailles Tower and to a room overlooking the Bellagio fountain. It was such a perfect location and well appointed room! Thanks to Nikki the Paris front desk attendant for being so kind, helpful and encouraging of the upgrade. Fabulous stay! "
