"Great helpful staff and good clean comfortable rooms "

"There was a fire drill during breakfast our first morning. We had to leave our food on table and be outside for 15 minutes. Food at buffet have flies when we returned. Second night stay was disrupted by a SECOND fire drill at 5:09am. had to exit building -going down 7 flights of stairs to wait outside again until all clear. Understand the hotel needs to practice, but this was ridiculous to have in two successive days. "

"Room: Spacious, clean, cozy, modern comfortable. Location: Convenient, central, quiet, relaxing . The hotel was exceptional! A very comfortable stay in a perfect location . The breakfast was fantastic."

" Size of room is nice as it has a living room and bedroom. Bath is dated and the faucets are very worn. Otherwise great location. Nice staff. Clean room. Nice indoor hot tub and pool on top floor. Pool too cold."

"Great proximity to Melbourne CBD. Big room, comby Queen Bed, lovely linen. Housekeeping very obliging and helpful. Front desk very attentative. If you have allergies, turn air con off in your room, and open the balcony door. Which I did for 7 of the 9 days I stayed."

"Great location, but not so great rooms"

"One bedroom suite is very good,clean and tidy. The only thing is parking is off site and no restaurants available in the hotel.Having said that,there’s a lot of restaurants around the area. Overall,excellent place for a staycation."
