We had no contact with management as check in was non-contact and reception was not open by 0830 on the day of departure, so it was just as well that we paid before check-in. We had asked for a room away from the main road, but the room we got was still close to the road, so we don't know whether our request was really taken into consideration. For a room that was having 2 people stay in it, some of the service items were inadequate - only one wine glass, one water glass, one extra pillow and blanket, no teaspoons, one teacup and saucer, one mug, no tea towels. The room didn't have an information booklet on how the TV worked, recommended local restaurants, emergency contact numbers etc and all the usual information to support customers. Having said all this, we had a reasonably quiet, comfortable night sleep. Any of the issues we had could easily be improved.
