The room is a good size, the bed was comfortable and good pillows. It would be nice to have a table to put things on or your bag. Everything was clean and lighting was good. A bedside lamp would be nice in the evening instead of ceiling lighting. I like how there is secure parking on site. The location is also Excell for trams and walkability into the main part of the CBD.

It was perfect to stay there whole 5days!! But 2nd day of staying cleaning staff might forget to wash glasses and coffee cup.. It wasn’t big deal and still I am very satisfied and talk to friends about hotel… Actually I had been there 6yeare ago and I remember the name of hotel because very convenient location for CBD and shops!! If I go Melbourne again, I would stay again👍

Miami Hotel was perfect for my trip to visit my daughter in Melbourne. The room had all the necessary items included and even more than I needed! Staff were really friendly and attentive.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The place was clean. For better or worse, Miami Hotel is an old, budget Hotel without a lift (3 levels), yet it's nice enough and only a short tram ride into the City.

Really nice room in a really good location for the price. Super easy to get the tram into the city or to walk to places too. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Kitchen was small and on the top floor shared by lots of rooms but it was never a problem. The washing machines were cash only which was a shame as there's not ATM nearby.
